Cancellation Policy Same-day cancellation fee Cancel or rescheduling 24 - 2 hrs before booking will incur a $25 fee. Short notice cancellation fee Cancel less than 2 hrs before booking Full booking cost Missed appointment fee: A pro arrives for a scheduled booking, but they're unable to gain entry or get started. Home Spotless recurring plans will be charged before each booking and there is an $89 fee if your plan is terminated earlier than the commitment period (90 days) unless the service does not live up to the Home Spotless Guarantee. Notice: Home Spotless aims to dispatch one cleaner for every 2,000 square feet of space when service technicians are available.Please note that Home Spotless rates are based on job type and home size, not the number of hours spent cleaning.
